| BVery (227), Burnsville, Minnesota | | October 20, 2011 Finally got to this location, even though I lived in St. Louis Park for 3 years. Pretty much like all the other Granite City’s - suburban vibe, mediocre beers. But at least you can get flights. | | JK (163), Uptown, Minneapolis, Minnesota | | October 11, 2008 A small Granite City. It looks like all of the others do inside. Nothing interesting availalbe this fall day, with the oktoberfest being the seasonal. Service was friendly and helpful enough, if a little too excited about the job. They were attentive with refills and anything else we requested. I really liked the French onion soup, and the burger was ok this time. | | muzzlehatch (255), Burlington, Vermont | | June 28, 2007 Surpised this location wasn’t listed yet. Anyway, this is a short distance from where my friend Kathy -- who I stayed with over RBSG weekend -- lives, and I’d never been to a GC so it was inevitable that I’d go over a long weekend. I needn’t have bothered and I certainly won’t be back for the beer, though the food was all right. Fairly soulless, corporate-looking place that could be jazzed up just a touch to be identical to a TGI Fridays, except for the "home-brewed" beer which was basically all terrible. Umm, as few brewpubs as there are in the state, and they have to be dominated by this chain? |
