Centrally located in Stockholm. Fairly good english pub style. The staff in the restaurant section is always friendly. The pub section can be quite hectic and cramped. Fish & chips is decent, the burgers are excellent, but other dishes are so-so. Always a few real ales on selection. Åbro mainstream beers do seem to get a bit too much attention fir a crafft beer place. Special fridge with some more likeable beers (BD Tokyo and such). Still a decent beer place...
(But I can’t really see why they turned the undercarriage of the Spitfire model on the revolving door the wrong way around...)
Besökte stället en löningsfredag. Fullpackat och inte ett ledigt bord så långt ögat nådde. Knökpackat med gäster runt bardisken. Stressad men trevlig personal. Minus för felmärkta kranar. Lågt utbud av flasköl förutom mainstrean ale.
Second visit to Queen’s Head yesterday. They had a porter/ stoute festival with additional 10 beer on a separate menue. The starting real ale was a bit aple in aroma and starting to be sour. The service was exelent with 2 watrisess that helped our group and was very fast.
The food meny just have a few dishes and is pricy (200 skr $ 30) for a bacon cheeseburger with 3 potatoe vedges that was burnt and without salt is a bit much! The bottle selection is really fine with some of the finest beers I know, and the draft is good as well.
