This is primarily a wine shop; part of a major chain. They have a worthwhile selection of beers. There is all the usual mass produced stuff and then a fair selection of good beer. It is not extensive, but there are excellent international and Australian beers and these steadily change. The staff are friendly and the store is nicely laid out.
Rated: 6 June 2010. Updated 25 February 2012. At the time I rated this, Vintage Cellars stores were listed individually on RateBeer and were not all collected together as "All Sydney Locations". This was a review (I am sure) of the Double Bay store. It seems to also apply to other stores I know - Chatswood Chase and Newtown. However, despite being a chain, it seems that the particular beers available vary from store to store. |
