If you happen to be in the Han(g)over Square area of Syracuse, I would make your first stop J. Ryan�s, and then make this your second stop. They have pretty good food, a decent atmosphere and friendly bartenders. Sometimes there is live music, but not always. They usually have 3-4 decent taps, and if not, they have at least 5-10 okay ones. It�s maybe not a destination, but a solid place to go nonetheless.
