Went here to be part of a poetry reading in a room off to the side of this large, open, noisy pub. The calamari was very god and the burger above average--but all the prices here a little high to me. Excellent service--one guy was handling the 24-30 people in this room and he was always in motion and always attentive. 8 house beers or so, no guest taps. the too beers i had were competent.

Harmon is a typical brew pub but the food is much better than average.

Crammed pub, with many families, a few large screens for the game. A lot of smell from the kitchen. Generic music, noisy place, waiters are noisy as well, it looks oldish, lack of atmosphere. 9 beers on tap, they are average. Sampler available. WiFi available. Didn’t eat, but their menu is more extensive than most breweries.
Barrels of free peanuts available.
A few standard bottles on sale to go.

Quaint little brewpub and restaurant in down town Tacoma. The food was fantastic. Small selection (10 taps) of house brews. Friendly staff. A bit slow but nice.

Driving through Tacoma and decided to go in here. Decent family restaurant/pub vibe. The IPA was quite good, and the ESB was well-received. My sandwich was great! Only 6 beers on tap, not super-impressive in that regard. But all in all I was happy we stopped in here.

A cavernous operation done up like a large mountain ski lodge. They’ve done a pretty good job of recreating that sort of feelng in here although since we aren’t near a ski hill, I don’t really get it. Only five regular taps, but I saw a few on my way out that I wish I’d seen earlier (or alternately, that I’d actually read some reviews). It did the job and for that I’m grateful.

(Old-rate, from Sept. 2010) Top-notch brewpub, with all of the regular lineup available, as well as an additional 4 seasonals, at bargain prices ($6 for 4 oz. samplers of 5 beers). The food is very well-done too, offering standard American pub grub. Would definitely return if in the area.

Eh, the place was big but a little dirty feeling. The beers were nothing special and they only have about 5 flavors. I don’t understand why this has all the high ratings although we didn’t have any food.

Harmon is a cool brewpub in an old building and has that type of charm, the beer is good and consistant although some of the specialty beers come out a bit funky (they’re not supposed to be funky). Eaten here a few times, below par greasy pub food and the service was your typical young nonchalant 20 somethings that don’t care about your experience... overall, enjoy a beer with good company here.
