Finally stopped by this new place in Tallahassee and found a few ticks, but otherwise it’s nothing special.

It’s a well-lit, very nice organic/health food store. It looks and smells as you would expect.

Everyone that I talked to was friendly, but while I was in the beer section nobody spoke to me at all, including a person who was stocking/rearranging beer.

The selection is decent, and I found a couple of things I hadn’t had (random lambic, etc.), but for the most part they don’t have anything special, and they don’t have very much in general. They do have their organic beers marked, and they probably have the best selection of organic beers... but who cares?

Prices were average to a teensy bit high.

Overall, if I happen to be driving by, I’d probably stop in to see what they have, but I won’t be making any special trips. From what I hear, their selection doesn’t change a whole lot, so once you’ve got it, you’ve got it. They even had Sam Smith Winter still on sale when I went there (August).

Nice high end gourmet/health type grocery store. Decent selection of brews with typical micros. As others mentioned - many organics. Prices a bit high - but nothing crazy. No singles.

As others have said the food looks great, but beer selection is small. I found probably two or three brews that I couldn’t find elsewhere at the time. If you want anything organic though, this is the place to visit.

New Health Store/Whole Foods clone in Tallahassee, very, very, very similar to New Leaf but lacking the depth of their selection. Prices were also a little bit higher. Not great, but I might stop by if I’m in the neighborhood.

New chain health food store that just opened up in Tallahassee. Quality somewhere between a local Health Food Store and a Whole Foods. Large beer cooler with all of the common macro-micros with an emphasis on organic beers. Lagunitas, Eel River, Dogfish Head, Sierra Nevada, Samuel Adams, Rogue, Bells and a few decent imports - all represented. Very few macros - Pabst perhaps. Did not see an area of singles. Nothing earth shattering - but will become a regular monthly or so stop in my quest for new beers to rate. Food looks high quality - did not pay too much attention to it though. Revisited several times since my original visits - stock has not changed once - never get in anything new.
