Great beer selection in a clean, modern environment. Very knowledgeable staff; tested on their beer and liquor knowledge and all very enthusiastic about their beers. Prices are average for the selection of beer, liquor prices are just above average. One of the best places in Tallahassee to get some beer you have never had.

My favorite place to stop by when I am in Tally. Located right next to Proof. They have a very solid selection of beer, mostly broken into singles. They do especially good job keeping Florida beers in stock, though I would like to see a bit more Cigar City. The staff are great. They know their stuff and will talk shop with you. They have made excellent recommendations. Great little beer shop.

Small place on Tennessee street located next to proof. The beer isle is around back, singles on one side and the cooler on the other. Good selection of american/belgium 6/4packs, and most of them are broken out on the singles shelf, though unfortunately there are some that don’t make it to the singles. Expect all seasonals and special releases available to Florida, and expect them to sell out fast due to the stores popularity. Service is the best ive had in Tallahassee, the employees are trained and tested on their knowledge of craft beer. A must stop if youre passing through Tally, and no better place to frequent if you live here.

Right next door to Proof and sharing the same owners, this place has great operating hours (even Sundays at noon or so lol) and great staff! In fact, some of ratebeer’s own work here so if you are in town and a fairly active ratebeerian, shoot drowland a PM to see what’s up. The store at first looks like it doesn’t stock beer at all- just a typical liquor store! You have to walk into the back and to the left are a series of refrigerators stocking your normal Bud Light stuff all the way to Orval, St Bernardus, Terrapin, Left Hand, Highland, Cigar City, Sweetwater, Bells and more. Lots of singles to choose from, which is very nice if you want to try a variety of things. Prices were pretty good. Orval is $3.99, Bells singles were $1.99, Saison Dupont 750s were $7.50. Good place to stock up on fresh Jai Alai. Picked up Dupont Avec les bon Voeux here i.a. and it was awesome. Great place for beer in Tallahassee. I never went to Fermentation Market so I can’t compare selections. Customer Service.....depends on who is on staff that day! I lucked out and got a fellow ratebeerian which was pretty cool. Probably the best thing about having a ratebeerian as staff is you can get the straight up: "nah, that beer sucks." or "that beer isn’t that fresh." Cheers to our expanding ratebeer community!

Our very own Drowland works here so BM him before you stop in. Really nice selection of south eastern brews with a pretty good import selection.

Definitely the place to visit in town for your beer needs. Always has the newest products in stock. Carries the widest variety of beer available to Tallahassee by far.

Great selection. This place has beers that you simply cant find anywhere else. The build your own sixpack is a little expensive for my taste. They must have a hefty markup vs. the per bottle price of a sixpack. Staff is farily knowledgeable, but limited in actual experience. They also tend to hover while you are shopping. This place is close to campus and the attached bar tends to attract the college crowd, so I have to assume they have some theft issues. Maybe thats why they charge so much for the singles? Anyway, I can easily go here and blow $100, but having someone watching me to make sure I am not stealing gets old real fast, so I try to get in and out quickly. This store has my favorite selection in town, but is not my favorite place to shop.

Liquor Loft is the best place in Tallahassee for craft beer without a doubt. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and always willing to help you find anything youre looking for at the drop of the hat. They make an honest effort to greet and help every customer that walks in the door. The selection of beer is centered on Belgians(many that can be hard to find) and American craft. Also a healthy mix of English German and south American beers with some others thrown in. Singles selection is great and priced well beer by beer. If they dont have what youre looking for they can try and order it for you. All around the best beer place to happen to Tallahassee

One of the two only good shops in Tallahassee. While having a decent selection of beer in the north Florida area it is overrun by bros that stalk over your should and watch your every move in the store and make you feel highly uncomfortable. I do frequent this store for my beer needs, I also try to not spend to much time in the store because of the high discontent I feel when the employees talk to me.

By far the best Bottle Store in Tallahassee, and you never have to worry about how old the IPA you are buying is. Only think I can say is that the prices are up there if you just buy singles. As I said before, the best in Tallahassee.
