Marduk (7), , Estonia does not count - explanation | | May 12, 2012 Third best place in Tallinn after Drink Shop and Drink Baar. All Estonian new beers can be found here within a week after release. Occasional sales. | | SaintMatty (128), Uppsala, Sweden | | April 22, 2012 The second best place in Tallinn to buy beer (after Drink Shop), but can be a bit pricey. | | TBone (173), Pori, Finland | | April 11, 2012 Last years this has had the best beer shop in Tallinn. Wide range of Estonian and Russian beers, oddly never so many from other Baltic countries or Ukraine. Decent selection of German beers (Weissenoher and Höss especially), some Belgian, some English. This Stockmann has independent beer shop, so you don’t need to go to grocery shop. Prices are high in Estonian standard, in Finnish standards they are still cheap. | | FatPhil (222), Tallinn, Estonia | | December 30, 2010 [ Updated December 7, 2011 ] The second biggest range of beer in Estonia, recently bettered by Drink Shop. Big name quality belgians well covered (30-ish), similar sized selection of decent germans. Bunch of less-brilliant Czech, UK, and Russian beers. Never needed assistance, so never tested the service. Cashiers are polite, as you’d expect from any Stockmann. Some beers I’ve seen cheaper in Drink Baar, which says something about both places. I’ve not compared, but I expect Drink Shop to be cheaper. There are definitely a few exceptions though. |
