New bar, opened maybe half a year ago. Not too far from Asagaya station, very easy to find. 11 taps with some staples from Stone Brewing and the rest are rotating beers (BrewDog, Ballast Point and some Japanese breweries). They also have a very nice whisky selection with both foreign and Japanese varieties well represented. Beers were around 1000yen a pint and whisky 800/1000yen. The owner is very friendly and knowledgeable and also speaks English. Daily beer selection can be found from their website where they also have some information about events and such.
