Near Place Saint-Pierre. Old memories there during my veterinary studies in "La Ville Rose", 8-10 years ago. Thursday evening, I drank a Watou Prior among 12-15 other taps. Belgian ales ; classic ; and 1 special "La Tireuse" I didn’t taste. Ok service. Nice small bar ; I like this woody atmosphere.

Nice atmosphere, and many advices from the bartender, depending on our taste... Also very nice because the guy knows the bacics in many languages, so quite useful when you want to go there with foreign people...

We visited here on Friday 14th November 2014 (Loz’s birthday) another bar that we’d tried to visit earlier in the day around 1:30pm but it had been closed, we visited this evening atound 8-8:30pm it was raining outside we stayed here for about two hours I guess. Another oblong shaped bar but bigger than L’Ancienne and with a couple of smaller rooms at the rear. This bar is situated in the old town about 5 mins brisk walk from the Capitol Square. I didn’t see a bottle choice but there were perhaps 14-15 taps from which to choose and with Karmeliet, Moinette, Saison Dupont, Rodenbach, Prior Watou and Gavtoche amongst those on offer the choice wasn’t too shabby at all. Another bar where I woild be unlikley to find many new rates but I didn’t care, it was just lovely sat here looking out through the large old glass doors and windows which were partially steamed up at the people hurrying along the dark wet cobbled street outside, it made for a very atmospheric setting. We had three beers here, prices were pretty reasonable, €4.90 for all taps €9.60 for 500ml. The landlord seemed a friendly fellow. Not sure that I could determine what was playing on the cd’s the landlord kept putting in. It has a lovely ambience in here, almost entirely locals I reckon, we will definately re-visit here, I already think that this is likely to be our favourite bar in Toulouse.

Decent place with lots of taps. Bartender spoke fluent E, but my main gripe is 1) they didn’t always write which brewery the beer was from, ie. Frambozen, but nothing else. I was just told it is a sweet raspberry beer without any brewery info. 2) Bartender kinda assumed I knew nothing about beer and was genuinely trying to help me find a beer I would like, but I don’t think he should assume every customer doesn’t know anything about beer. Despite these gripes the place is central with lots on tap, so it is worth a stop.

Stopped by on a weeknight and it was basically empty. Bartender and owner is friendly, but also lets you keep to yourself. Speaks fluent English. Decent tap list, mostly Belgians with a trim bottle list that had a very interesting items. Prices were a touch higher, but it’s also on the main drag in Toulouse. The whole place has a very cavernous, Euro-bar feel.

Nice tap selection. A little pricy compared to other places nearby but respectable choice of Belgians.

Kind of a hole in the wall, but they have 16 beers on tap, plus a few bottles. Dominated by Belgians, but a couple of decent French beers as well. The bartender is knowledgable and extremely helpful.
