Since Iím only in Troy very seldom it is usually a pleasurable visit to Hoosick as roughly half the store is new product to me. The growler purchase from the taps is a hit or miss proposition as there are 4 taps, but at times itís a great option. Donít expect a shiny store with polished floor, itís got that working man decor, very comfortable.

Like other stores in the area, itís a warehouse atmosphere. Decent selection, but not much special. Not all that impressed, but it has enough to be a regular place. Just donít plan to do any beer hunting here. Westmere and Olivers are better for selection.

This is (was) one of my regular suppliers. Stone, Bear Republic, Weyerbacher, Mendocino, Smuttynose, Victory, plus may Belgian, German, and English brews. Iíve gotten to know the staff personally. They are helpful to their customers and enthusiastic about their products.

When I have the "pleasure" of going to Troy, NY, I try to stop by here. Iím usually able to find quite a bit of stuff I canít get in the midwest that is tasty. DFH, Victory, some Magic Hat. Theyíve got a pretty good selection of singles. If you have to be in Troy, this place is worth a stop.
