An oasis of good beer on an otherwise nondescript stretch of road, you’ll see a panoply of hipsters, tattoo artists, slutty chicks and townies. The bar will always have at least 3-4 outstanding (and expensive) taps, but if you don’t like repeating, you might not stick around long. The bar is a little cramped, and if you want to sit at the bar, you better keep an eye peeled. The music is a little too loud for me, because it’s that kind of bass guitar-heavy, booming sound that makes it hard to hear your friends sometimes. I wish this place was a little better than it was. It does the beer thing right, but the BAR thing not quite.

Didn’t realize Utica had a beer bar! Small but excellent selection. Nice.

Great little place in Utica. 10 great taps, small place with a great atmosphere. Taps were fantastic, ranging from Nogne O #100 to Ten Fidy to Nugget Nectar. Excellent prices, best place in central NY to my knowledge.
