Medium size selection. Good selection of Canadian craft beer, good selection of Belgian beer, and okay selection of US beers. Much of there selection is refrigerated. Pricing may be a little high. Descent selection of singles, but will not break up packs.

Wonderful beer store with a well stocked fridge with lots of singles, both from BC, the U.S. and lots of international rarities hanging around too. Prices aren't too bad either. The service here is friendly and well-informed. The lady when I was in talked about some local brewery I should try, and another they had that they rarely get (Mayne Island). All around probably one of the best, if not the best, beer store in Vancouver. Reminds me of Cask and Barrel Liquor Store in West Kelowna, but probably has more selection.

I stopped in on our drive out of town to pick up some local stuff. Found a great selection of BC beers and had pretty much all of the available stuff that is at the top of the BC travel list. Plenty of cold bombers and cans of local stuff as well as imported Euro and US stuff. A solid selection up and down. Friendly service, too. Parking in the rear. Worth a stop.

Not that extraordinary a bottleshop anymore; 95% the same beers as other decent beering locations. Staff is still friendly but usually hang out in groups of three behind the cash. Biggest difference is that the prices here have gone up to a ridiculous level. I suspect that there are 4 better places to do your beer shopping in the Vancouver area. --- (original review) Hidden in the back alley off Main Street. This place is quaint and packed with interesting beers - though I found the prices extremely high. They had Brooklyn, Youngs, KB specials and an Old Yale I’d never seen. Worth a visit - bring your cheque book. (Updated on April 1, 2008) Gerry is doing a good job establishing Brewery Creek as a premier bottle location in the province, the prices are a tad high (in the Strath range) but the selection is vastly improved over the last time I visited. 3/7/10/na/na/14. (Updated January 16, 2009) Gerry and company keep making Brewery Creek better. The selection is the best I’ve seen in Canada for both national and international beers. I’m floored by the special one-offs he’s brought in and stuff from DdC. Loving the Green Flash. Thanks so much Gerry for looking our for the BC BeerGeek!

Best in Vancouver. Good selection and rotation of beers for a small store - Better than stores twice the size. Outstanding service - friendly people who know and love beer. Ample parking (5 spaces in the back).

Ok spot with a decent selection of local, regional and international beers. Service was just ok, but wasn’t looking for any help.

This place doesn’t have much on an ambiance to it. It’s clean, well-lit, and organized, almost to the point of being a little sterile. They have a nice selection of Canadian beers, and I would’ve spent more money, but just wanted to take it easy to start off 2015. I left with some good bottles though, and the brewers didn’t disappoint. With that, I wasn’t too terribly impressed with their imports (outside of the US), but I’m used to that in Seattle, so no real change. I was surprised to see Brooklyn beers here reasonably priced, so that’s pretty cool. Since I live in the US, I didn’t even bother looking at the US selection as most were fairly more expensive than what I could pay for them here, and the selection itself wasn’t as extensive. All in all, it was a great experience, but I’m going to have to say that I wasn’t blow away. If this is the best Vancouver has to offer, beer store wise, I am quite afraid. Lastly, since the exchange rate is in my favor, the prices aren’t too terrible, but they are still for the US stuff.
