One of the best beerspots in town with really central location. Great selection of beers. Food is nice. Staff is friendly and quick. I love this place.

Nice cozy English pub-like place. This is probably the best of Vienna brew pubs beerwise. Especially their version of Victory Hop Devil was excellent. Visited July 2007.

One of the top beer destinations in Vienna, no question. They make a great range of beers, including nice examples of IPA, DIPA, Stout, etc., whereas many of the other Vienna brewpubs make only lagers. Great ambiance, very good food. Two floors - one smoking, one non-smoking. The location is quite central so it’s easy to come here. A must-visit place for any RBian visiting Vienna.

Situated on the outskirts of the Inner Stadt close to the Karnter Strasse, if you are not a fun of smoke you have to hold your breath until you reach the second floor which is smoke free. the pub occupies two floors which are decorated with dark heavy furniture. The beers are quite nice, the food is good and the service is cheerfull. A nice place for beer in vienna.

The most american brewpub of central europe. Very tasty beers are brewed here, pretty much all on the hoppy side. Ambiance is excellent, good music, nice beer memorabilia, cute waitresses. Smoking is allowed.

Best beer place in Vienna. Outstanding 1516 NZ Victory Hop Devil India Pale Ale + great Eegit oatmeal stout + very tasty ELB Weisse. Highly recommend this place to everyone.

Located very central in Vienna it is a perfect place for a lunch or dinner with friends. I like their mix of their blond and dark beer, very suitable for the food the serve. Possible for to sit outsite when weather allows it. Good service and good food.

Nice location, very central. Dark wood interior, sports/punk rock/beer paraphernalia decorate the inside. Food and beers are well-priced considering central Vienna prices, beers are all pretty hop-forward, but brewed with care. Food is rich but tasty - traditional Viennese pub cuisine plus a few American dishes (burgers, chilli, club sandwiches etc.) Non-smoking is upstairs. Service can be slow but as long as you’re not too much of in a rush, very well worth a visit.

A short walk from U4 Stadtpark stop, around the corner from the Opera. Best feature is upstairs non-smoking designation, with small 6-place bar but 2 dozen dark wooden tables. Small flafscreen TV over bar. Downstairs has long S-shaped dark wood bar with a brass footrail. Tall wooden barstools. Some tall and some low wooden tables with view out to adjacent street and into chrome brewhouse at far end of bar. Dark wood overhead 12’ ceiling with low level lighting, 4 flafscren TV showing sports (mostly English footbal) without sound. CD tunes range from folk to Rock & Roll to Hip Hop. Ashtrays everywhere downstairs, with locals typically smoking and tourists not. Food menu includes Wierner Schnitzel @9€ and mains of veal, pork, steak qnd chicken. Burger is 15€. Starters, soups and sides from 5-10€. meat dishes looked good. Comfortable place with clean, flavorful, and tasty house beers.
