| Geiserich (38), Vienna, Austria | | May 22, 2012 A top place to shop for exclusive food in the heart of vienne, but also a very expensive shop. The have a good, but not outstanding selection of beers from over the world but also quite normal austrian beers are much more expensive then elsewhere. Better visit another beer shop or a bigger supermarkte in vienna if you are not in a hurry. | | tomer (21), Rishon Le Zion, Israel | | March 11, 2012 This is an high end gourmet store which also stocks some beer. This is probably as good as it comes in Vienna for buying bottled beer. I would hold the temptation to buy beer as the prices are outrages and just try as much as you can around the city. | | Barada (16), , Russia | | February 27, 2012 Big and very expencive store. But the selection is outstanding. Highly recommend | | Marko (169), Split, Croatia | | December 4, 2011 A big, fancy gourmet store with a good selection of rare beers, centrally located, fanc, expensive. At least one mead, 3 Austrian ciders and one perry to boot. Brutally full, with suitably tired and efficient cashiers. A must visit really, you’ll probably find stuff you won’t find elsewhere. You’ll pass by it whatever the case. | | gunnar (178), Sandnes, Norway | | July 20, 2010 Centrally located delicatesse store with a good selection of beers, at least to be Vienna. Macros from the new world as well.
| | KyotoLefty (286), Kyoto, Japan | | June 29, 2010 Vienna isn’t great for beers stores. For the most part, you see the same Macros and local beers everywhere you go. This is the best place I found to get Austrian beers in the bottle. They had a bunch of stuff from the Western and Southern parts of the country, including Hepf and Honig beers that I saw nowhere else. Prices are higher than elsewhere. | danielst (6), Vienna, Austria does not count - explanation | | April 29, 2010 [ Updated February 17, 2012 ] This store is really great - at ripping off tourists. You can get a very very similar selection of austrian beers at any mid-sized grocery store in Vienna. Same with many other groceries, except for the fancy, imported stuff. Oh, and of course you can get your Orval-fix - for 5€ a bottle.. | | mross (12), Vienna, Austria | | April 18, 2010 Gourmet store in the heart of Vienna. They have only an average selection of beers. Quite a few of the better Austrian ones and also some of the major international names. Unfortunately they are more focused on wine. Prices are not the most reasonable as they target the tourist crowd. | | 3fourths (962), Boulder, Colorado | | December 30, 2009 good gourmet store that features a number of austrian bottles as well as wine, chocolate and snacks. definitely worth visiting while walking around vienna. | | ogivlado (242), Zagreb, Croatia | | June 1, 2009 The best beer selection in Vienna center. Not more than 80-100 Austrian and rather usual European beers, but also some hard to find (Trumer Diamond, Hubertus Herrnpils...). The prices are quite high. On the first floor are many kinds of cheese and chocolate. |
