This rating for their supermarket at Stawki street in Warsaw, a few steps from Ibis Hotel Stare miasto. The selection is superb for a supermarket. A huge supermarket situated on the ground floor of an enormous shopping center, though by account only the third largest in Warsaw. Both the beer and mead selection are really good - and both for domestic and international beers. So it didn’t take me long to fill up my suitcase. I paid an average of 3.5 PLZ for the beers equivalent to 1 EUR, so the prices are really good. Next door to the Gambrynus shop, I preferred the selection here - much more in terms of Polish, German, English and Belgian beers. Better quality. Not as many rarities as Gambrynus, but more for the beer hunter to find, in my opinion. |
