Definitely a wine and booze store. Beer selection is small, tucked into one corner shelf and fridge. Staff didn’t approach me as I circled the store looking for more beer. Not worth a stop.

More of a wine store than a beer store, but the selection is pretty good. Decent Belgian selection, with bottles of some middle-of-the-road quality stuff that I haven’t seen at Chevy Chase or out in VA. They had 6-packs of Hopslam and Expedition, bot 7740 and 8183 ($15 per), and up front there are bins with 12oz bottles for 75c - some Avery, some Dominion, other seasonals, and then another bin is 22/750 bottles all priced $3.99. I saw Weyerbacher Pumpkin, La Binchoise Speciale Noel, Wild Dog Weizenbock and one other beer, I think, for that price. Cool store that I’ll check in on every few weeks for the cheap deals. Oh yeah, and parking is not so good. Your best bet is 1/2 block down New Mexico or across the street in the neighborhood. There’s no parking lot.

just a small shop in DC near American University. their main thing is wine, but they do have a pretty decent selection of beer too. i’ve found chimay, stone, st. bernardus, victory, bells, unibroue, and a bunch of other very decent brews. they have six packs & 4 packs (cold or warm), along with 22oz bottles and single 12oz bottles. probably my biggest selling point for this place is their choose your own six pack option. this is basically a random assortment of beers placed in bins at the front of the store, and you pick any six and pay $4. this is great, because it means you can get six packs of brews like stone, victory, old rasputin, or bells for $4! you can also just grab individuals for 75 cents. awesome deal! prices on everything else are pretty good. staff was great. they also do a curbside-pickup where you phone your order in ahead of time. highly reccomended if your in the area!
