About the hotel, common space and lobby is very high quality but the room is a little sleazy. Though Sint Bernardus fan will have the satisfaction of visiting here.

La brasserie St Bernardus fait parti du patrimoine brassicole belge! Leur ABT 12 est un produit exceptionnel. Le lieu est magique.

This is the house of the former St Bernardus brewer, who retired in 2002. It’s adjacent to the brewery, connected by a door through the kitchen. It’s now a B&B with very nice rooms and an excellent breakfast. 90 Euro for a double when we stayed in September 2008, and the entire range of the brewery, all beers, is included in the price - as much as you like! You can drink it in the brewer’s living room, or in his enclosed patio, or garden. Tours of the brewery are available on request - be sure to ask for a day that they are actually brewing.
