| gopherfan99 (12), | | November 5, 2011 The first time I went here the waitress was new and admited to not being much of beer drinker. The bar area is the better of the areas to enjoy dinner and drinks. Big selection but ended up being out of some of the listed beers. Second time around was much better. Can get a little expensive though. | | BVery (227), Burnsville, Minnesota | | October 28, 2011 Tremendous place. Huge tap and bottle line up with lots of goodies. Food is great. Nice dark atmosphere with a flat screen TV. Proper glassware used. Beer decor adorns the walls. | | ZMOS (14), Minnesota | | August 11, 2011 Wow. Unfortunate location probably limits how sucessful this place could be. Outstanding food and an amazing selection of beer for a fine dining establishment. A= Upscale dining room and a cool attached bar. S= On two visits, service was excellent. S= Over 70 tap lines and a huge bottle selection. F= Two delicious meals. Did I mention that they age their steaks? V= Food isn’t cheap but I had a St Bernardus ABT 12 bomber for like $7 and some change during happy hour. What? O= When you’re in the area or on the way to Stillwater, give these folks a try. You’ll be glad you did! | | mbpufall (14), Andover, Minnesota | | July 29, 2011 Nice, lengthy tap meu but the bottle list didn’t have great variety to rave about. Decent, but I expected more from a place with 70 taps. Service in the bar sucked, but service in the restaurant was good. Food was amazing. Given the selection of beer, wine and whisky, they should probably educate their servers a bit better. I’d go back, especially for the food. I would drink in the bar just for the tap variety, but sit at the bar as the servers can’t seem to stay on top of things in there. | | BDR (61), Roseville, Minnesota | | March 21, 2011 This has become a favorite destination. 70 taps and excellent, local food. The emphasis is on quality over quantity so its expensive if you’re expecting traditional portions. The service has been friendly on every visit and the beer spot on. | | JK (163), Uptown, Minneapolis, Minnesota | | December 11, 2010 A very nice bar and restaurant. One of the best tap lists in the Twin Cities. I did not eat. Food looked good, and expensive. Service was friendly. A good place for a date. |
