This is a solid place by Winnipeg standards. Worth checking out. The obvious comparison would be to King�s Head Pub. The Grove is classier (kind of yuppie, even), cleaner and the food is much better. The food is kind of gourmet, almost, for a British pub anyway. The King�s Head has a larger selection of taps, but is usually loud, crowded and dark. The Grove has a few beers that are unavailable other places in Manitoba, and occasionally has cask events. Decent place.
