I’ve been here more times than I can count. Always have a great lineup of fresh beer. Food is above average, and the service is always friendly and prompt. They handle their special-releases very well. One of my favorite beer-stops.

Went during a wake forest / notre dame game. Probably the most retarded waitress I’ve ever had. Messed everything up but not a big deal. Beers were average, prices good.

October 2011. Lunchtime stop on a sunny Monday. The setting is more or less the all-American main street pub. The draw of course is the sturdy beer list -- all sampled were good to great. The service was friendly and beer savvy. The menu was nicely varied with some great healthy and vegetarian choices alongside the standard gut bombs you’d expect in your favorite watering hole. This is a super cool place with high ceiling, an old industrial building, turn of the century. Excellent service, friendly, and sometimes loud. Beers are above par, with a few rarities, barrel aged offerings, special relaease parties. Food looked good and plentiful. 6 X 6 ounces sampler for 8$, plus 3 more for 3$ more. Great!

Foothills is a wonderful brewpub. The service at the bar is excellent. Some of their brews are excellent while some are not so good....try the sampler....it is a great deal!

I’ve been here for several of the Sexual Chocolate releases now and have had a great time on each occasion. They do a great job keeping things organized and run really well. Vibe is really nice. Nothing too fancy; rather, it’s pretty laid back. Wooden tables and plenty of brewery-related stuff. Service is good and the bartenders are generally quite knowledgeable. Beer is always quite good. A bit of a knock as they’re not always serving in appropriate glassware -- I’ve been given a barrel-aged beer in a pint glass. Good selection of standard and new drafts. Definitely worth a stop if you’re in the area.

Okay. Been here many times. Almost every time I have been it has been for a release of Sexual Chocolate. But I also visited before all of that madness started. Picked up 6 growlers of Sexual Chocolate back when it first came out and sent them to ratebeerians all over the country. This is a large brewpub restaurant. I have mixed feelings about this place. I have had some amazing times here and some that were just okay and some that made me mad. Solid beers, okay food, good service, kind brewers.

stopped in for lunch and a taster + a growler fill. If you are an AHA member, you get a free pint glass w/ a growler fill and 10% off your food. big restaurant space with a large bar. you can see the brewery behind some windows near the bar. diverse styles of beer - all good crafted beers. would like another high grav option though. their sampler includes 6 beers at 6oz each for $9. Great food and great menu.
