4 reviews for Top Ten Wine and Spirits - Woodbury
| bornondate (11), , Wisconsin | | April 7, 2009 From time to time I’ll swing by here on my way back to WI. They have done a lot to try to become more craft beer minded store through the years. But to me, it seems like they still have an eye to the wine side of things. Might catch some things of interest every so often. There are a lot of big boxed items here, that might be because Sam Club is right across the street. Better than the Cottage Grove store, but that’s not saying much.
| akysylyczyn (8), , Minnesota does not count - explanation | | March 26, 2009 I was recently in the store and found that they had moved the warm section of Craft and Micro brews. They have opened up alot more space for new beers. I am excited to see what comes in. As for the selection they have now, it is nice. I can find the right beer for any occasion and the staff is very helpful. | GoWild123 (1), , Minnesota does not count - explanation | | October 27, 2008 I am impressed with the knowledge of the staff about the huge wine selection. I was going to a get together this weekend and wasn’t sure what to bring. Matt was able to tell me all about some new beers they had just gotten in and even recommended a wine that was a great hit at the party. I will for sure be going back to Top Ten in the future, and can’t wait for the wine tasting comming up in November! | | KAF (68), Coralville, Iowa | | October 18, 2008 Not a bad place to stop if you’re on your way over to Wisconsin or on your way back to the Cities. Decent selection of craft six packs such as Bells, Big Sky, Summit and a few others. There were a few single bottles as well but nothing special. No one asked if I needed help with anything so I’m not sure how the service is aside from quiet. I would not agree that there are any rare beers here however. There is nothing here that you cannot get anywhere in the Metro area and there is plenty of beer that you cannot get here. However, if you’re in the area and need a six pack of common craft beer or some BMC this is a good place to stop. |
