66 AMBIANCE 3/5 SERVICE 6/10 SELECTION 10/15 FOOD N/A VALUE N/A OVERALL 14/20
Large store. Seems to be more of a liquor or wine store. The whole back wall is filled with beer coolers, but much of it is given up to sixers of mass market stuff. They do have a good selection of MN and Midwest craft brews. However, most are things you can find easily elsewhere. The assistant manager I talked to was very friendly and helpful. They have beer events from time, but he said that wine is more of a deal at this store. Apparently, their Cottage Grove store specializes in beer events. Having just come from Historic Casanova Liquors in nearby Hudson, WI -- I didnít buy anything here.

Nice store with lots of selection, they have surly and other hard to find beers. They are very helpful and they have gotten me some beers I have requested that they didnít carry. There bomber selection is getting much better. They have beer tastings from time to time. Staff never letís me down. Always worth the stop. Place to go for hard to find items. Huge make your own 6pk selection and all beer was COLD!

From time to time Iíll swing by here on my way back to WI. They have done a lot to try to become more craft beer minded store through the years. But to me, it seems like they still have an eye to the wine side of things. Might catch some things of interest every so often. There are a lot of big boxed items here, that might be because Sam Club is right across the street. Better than the Cottage Grove store, but thatís not saying much.

I was recently in the store and found that they had moved the warm section of Craft and Micro brews. They have opened up alot more space for new beers. I am excited to see what comes in. As for the selection they have now, it is nice. I can find the right beer for any occasion and the staff is very helpful.

I am impressed with the knowledge of the staff about the huge wine selection. I was going to a get together this weekend and wasnít sure what to bring. Matt was able to tell me all about some new beers they had just gotten in and even recommended a wine that was a great hit at the party. I will for sure be going back to Top Ten in the future, and canít wait for the wine tasting comming up in November!

Not a bad place to stop if youíre on your way over to Wisconsin or on your way back to the Cities. Decent selection of craft six packs such as Bells, Big Sky, Summit and a few others. There were a few single bottles as well but nothing special. No one asked if I needed help with anything so Iím not sure how the service is aside from quiet. I would not agree that there are any rare beers here however. There is nothing here that you cannot get anywhere in the Metro area and there is plenty of beer that you cannot get here. However, if youíre in the area and need a six pack of common craft beer or some BMC this is a good place to stop.
