Not sure why they call the place five points beverages when the biggest moneymaker seems to be porn mags to skeezy old wankers. This is not the place to go for beer.

This place is absolutely nasty! The selection is well not there. The service is not good and if you want a nudy magazine that is the place---but not beer. Sorry for even thinking that it was a beer store instead of a nudy palace! Do yourself a favor and find another establishment to purchase your beer at.

Listen, this place makes me feel trashy. Do yourself a favor and go to the BP gas station around the corner. You get a better beer selection and friendler staff. They do a good job keeping stocked as well. Although they offer a couple of "girlie" mags, the BP also has the best prices and selection in town. That is a fact.

So you may usually find a beer not seen elsewhere in Huntsville, but I would not make a special trip here. Tight quarters and not a big selection. The workers know very little about beer. They could probably help you out with the "girlie" mags though.

Most beers are in coolers, some singles are available. Imported beers are kept in unlighted coolers to prevent skunking by UV rays. Has most brands of imported beers available in Alabama. Beer is consistently fresh due to high turn over stock. Has pony/party and regular kegs. On the negative side - Store has vast selection of "girlie" magazines. Hidden in small nondescript shopping area on a side street.
