62 Small wine and beer store, relatively small but nicely varied beer selection |
72 Stopped in here on my way to humpy’s. The staff was egger to answer my questions and show me their selections. Although larger wine selection than beer there is plenty to choose from with mixed six pack options. I’m sure I will stop in again when downtown. |
68 Downtown near Humpy’s. Nice and pretty well organized, prices written on the back of the bottles in most cases. Decent selection, they sometimes are the last place to have a limited release due to the high prices. Like I said the prices are high compared to other places around town. Overall a great place to stop if your stuck downtown without a car, they also let you break up six packs which is great for the tickers. |
70 Small shop beer half way back on right. Had midnight sun and anchorage brewing, as well as more Alaska based brewers as well as various coast offering. Small amount of Belgians too.
Midnight sun is on it’s own display rack.
Just a block down from Humpy’s. Service was good, woman working gave me some bubble wrap for brews. Selection is quality focused, no bmc on hand. Handy for me as I was without a car
Bonus points for Rate Beer shelf tags |
80 Large wine store with tons of beers and an art gallery at the back. Saison Brettwas lined up like there was no tomorrow, and there was plenty of local stuff as well. Friendly owner. Woth a stop. |
80 A great little store in the downtown core. Over 150 brews, mainly local, other states, some imports. Service was very attentive and friendly. There is a small art and handicraft gallery in the back. Scott Gomez’s sis works here (hehe). A definite stop when in town. |
