| Beese (50), Watford, England | | September 4, 2008 The best place I went to in Flagstaff, pretty good service (although there was that one girl who stole what was left of my beer when I ordered another one). The food was very nice and the portions were large, good price too. Good beer selection, nice balance of their own brews and guest taps. The house beers were not bad, not great though, the Bubbaganouj Pale was the stand out that I tried. Nice place, I’d go again. | | Aubrey (65), Denver, Colorado | | May 31, 2008 Quaint place. Rather crowded when we were there, but we still found a corner spot at the bar. Had a tasty pale and some nice guest taps (not many house brews). Had a green chile burger which was pretty good. Service was pretty good as well. Seemed like a cool place to hang out. If I lived there, I could see going there often. | | eaglefan538 (90), Wilmington, Delaware | | January 13, 2008 One of the best beer stops in town, certainly the best food/beer combination. Their own taps aren’t that great, but in addition to their own brews, they always have solid guest taps going, all the way from nice Belgian brews, Dupon Saison, Rogue Old Crusty, to Stone IPA or some Deschutes. Bottles also available. No big screen to watch big events, but the food is decent (excellent for lunch), and the bartenders normally on the ball. My favorite food/beer combo stop in town. | | General_Gao (207), Iowa City, Iowa | | January 18, 2007 [ Updated January 21, 2007 ] Small brew pub in downtown Flagstaff. The three brew pubs in town are within 4-5 block of each other. They had 5 of their own beers on tap and 4-5 guest taps the day I visited. The beer was decent and they offer samplers. Food was okay. Service was excellent, but the place was pretty deserted. | | Dixen (17), Copenhagen, Denmark | | August 10, 2005 Mostly young people, and hippoies going there. Probably why they didnt ask me for ID.. Luckyly... Average beers. | | Bockyhorsey (52), Mesa, Arizona | | July 6, 2005 They did have 3 of their beers on tap. You can get a sample size of the beer for a $1. It is a small whiskey tumbler with enough to get a good taste of the beer. They also carry a variety of micro guest beers on tap and in bottles (decent choices). In their menu, they list all of their beers that they brew. There were several that they "raved" about and, of course, none of these were available while we were there. We ate inside and it was rather dark. We had wings and a pizza. The wings were good but we didn’t care for the pizza at all. The beer was pretty decent too. | | Braudog (441), Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates | | June 18, 2005 This place is the most centered of the three brewpubs in town and the most ordinary. They do have a decent selection of brews, but no sampler tray (bitches). Good, but still my 3rd choice in town. | | acrdz (538), Boulder, Colorado | | August 16, 2004 Bartender knew his shit about beer. They even had a rare keg of 1998 Old Crusty on tap in 2004! Lots of brewania on the walls, 3-4 house beers, but about 6-8 other guest taps. Outdoor seating on the promenade as well. Above average beer. | | Jeppe (85), Ølbutikken, Denmark | | August 2, 2004 Decent place with 4 different of their own beers plus a good selection of drafts from other breweries! I asked for a sample tray and the waiter misunderstod me and got me free samples of the 4 of their own beers. After tasting them I ended up buiyng a Rogue Crustacean Barley Wine (from 1999!!!) on draught! |
