| armando629 (70), Budapest, Hungary | | January 22, 2012 Grand pub next to the Manneken Pisss. Nice selection of belgian beers, friendly stuff. If you are here lets visit. | | akarova (13), Bruxelles, Belgium | | December 21, 2011 Very nice place in the centrum. The beer selection is not extraordinary you can find good beers. The service is good. | | shoulderbroken (47), London, England | | December 20, 2011 Always stop here when in Brussels. Sometimes difficult to get a seat but once you do it is difficult to leave. Great selection at reasonable prices. Always seem to have a De la Senne on draught too. Food is pretty damn good too. Not so much fun sitting downstairs, but still nice. They always seem to be recommending St Bernadus Wit to people. Very comfortable to pass some time in. | | Munkky (10), , Denmark | | December 17, 2011 It is a nice place with an amazing atmosphere just next to Mannenken pis. Their selection is big but not the most special in Brussels. | origais (4), , Belgium does not count - explanation | | November 29, 2011 Quite a nice place.
People are nice and service good.
Inside is a bit noisy at night, but ambiance is there ;-) | | tderoeck (75), , Belgium | | November 18, 2011 Not the worst place to hang out, especially that close to the Grote Markt. Beer list is not that original or impressive though. Service can be slow by times, especially if you sit outside on the terrace. | | Rastacouere (580), Montréal, Quebec | | November 3, 2011 The bar across the manneken Pis may be touristy, but it’s a comfortable corner bar where stepping in for a beer feels like the most natural thing to do in the world. The heavily decorated themed interior is certainly worth a look too. When we were there, the taps were all dry, relatively hoppy Belgian blondes, exactly my type of ales and I went straight for that. The bottle selection is good for the location, but not especially spectacular for a Belgian café on Ratebeer. Its location kinda makes it a must-stop if you’re in Brussels and not too rushed, unless you’ve been here a few times before.
| | Aniela (37), Skövde, Sweden | | September 23, 2011 A different kind of pub in the center of Brussles. You have to visit this pub, there are only one kind of pub that looks like this! :-) | | TheTrooper (12), , Belgium | | September 6, 2011 Very nice place near Manneken Pis. Beer selection is not extraordinary, but you can find good beers anyway, nothing "exotic" though... Pleasant waiters, funny decoration... I was supposed to go to the restaurant after being there, but I stayed there having a good time and eating cheese ! | | ultimatepoche (23), Lille, France | | September 1, 2011 In my opinion, this is NOT a beer bar. This is merely a tourist trap. The place is very nice, clean etc ... but there is no quality of service whatsoever. The beer menu is not so rich... almost every bar in Brussels can offer the same. I may be a bit hard on them, but i was very disapointed when i went there . |
