Not in the most idyllic setting, but close to the station - bar looks small from the outside, but has plenty of room inside. Two main interests, here: good beer and good food, i.c. the so-called tapas Spanish style. Choices in these range from 3 to 11 Euro’s depending on the platter. For a slightly hungry or fully ravenous visitor, these are a must. The Spanish link is extended with Iberian strong drinks. The beers are Belgian, however, with at least one special on draught, and an original housebeer, commissioned at Alvinne picobrewery. The beerchoice may not be enormous, but is keen, and never hesitate to ask Patrick and Dominiek for advice! Tasting glasses for tries, and lead tasting sessions on reservation. Menu features taste descriptions. Only setback here for me, is that, apart from me and people I bring along, EVERYBODY seems to smoke here.
