| notalush (159), Denver, Colorado | | November 1, 2009 We popped our heads in here briefly on our way out of town yesterday - the brewery and tasting room are in a big, corrugated aluminum building, but they do their best to make the tasting room welcoming - very small inside, but there was no one else there, so it felt cavernous despite this (new belgium and odell were both packed) - most of their regular offering on tap, plus one or two special offerings - reasonable growler fill prices (once you spend the 4 bucks for the glass, that is) - the girl working the bar was friendly - a nice, quiet alternative to the larger breweries in town. | | sroberts (26), Columbia, Missouri | | September 7, 2009 Good selection of beers including seasonals. The atmosphere was relaxing. I enjoyed the knowledge portrayed by the staff. | | ratman197 (103), Arvada, Colorado | | August 17, 2009 Nice well lit small tasting room. Server was friendly and helpful. Good selection of beers available. Well worth the stop if you’re in Fort Collins. | | jacquestorm (15), , | | July 29, 2009 NICE BREWERY!!! WITH A GREAT BEER SELECTION...I ENJOYED THIS ONE! | | BlackDonald (59), Boise, Idaho | | August 3, 2008 Kind of a crossing of the worlds whenever I visit here. You never know who you are going to run into. A lot of travellers the day we visited, with a lot of funny stories being told over good beer. We had a lot of fun here. Small, but very good beer. | alraicercsu (1), Ft.Collins, Colorado does not count - explanation | | June 21, 2008 Very laid back atomsphere with great staff that is very knownledgeable. All of their ditributed beers plus the seasonal and tap club beer available. One of my favorite breweries in fort collins. | | redlight (50), Winter Park, Florida | | October 17, 2007 Very laid back, almost too laid back. A little hard to find but not for from New Belgium and Odell’s. The staff was friendly, and we picked up some of their smoked dopplebock! | ilikestuff (5), Fort Worth, Texas does not count - explanation | | August 24, 2007 Pulling up, wasn’t sure where it was, it looks like an old ranch or something. Not my favorite brewery, pretty small, but a nice little tap room and friendly staff make it worth the trip if you are already on the brew tour circuit. | | Dansting (114), Overland Park, Kansas | | June 27, 2007 Visited on a Friday afternoon. Located in what looked like a warehouse, the inside was small and rustic, but nice just the same. The service at the bar was very friendly, and the waitress was both very pleasant and knowledgable. The samples were pretty cheap and they had $1 pints while we were there. They had a nice selection of merchandise as well. No food here, but basically just a nice place with really good beer. Maybe not to the extent of New Belgium, but in my opinion a must-stop if in Fort Collins. | rotoguru (6), Fort Collins, Colorado does not count - explanation | | February 20, 2007 [ Updated June 17, 2007 ] Brewery is in industrial area on Lincoln between Timberline and Lemay. Rather small but clean tap room. Service was excellent; of course, there were very few other visitors (3 total while our group of 5 was there) on a Monday afternoon. Selection was very good with typical commercially available offerings (Kidd, Z, Retro, BigShot, Major Tom) and a couple of not (yet) available choices (Alt contest winner from July 2006, and an IPA [Ziggy?] that they are considering releasing). 6 pack sampler for $3. |
