lincoln1965 (1), Pueblo, Colorado does not count | | May 3, 2006 I Love this place! The food is wonderful. The service is great and the EPA is WODERFUL! | | BeerandBlues2 (139), Colorado Springs, Colorado | | February 26, 2006 This place is a gem, one of those treats for visiting a smaller town and venturing downtown. Aubrey’s rating turned me on to this place, and I am indeed grateful. The beer was good to great with bonus points given for the small operation. Six house taps were current with them out of a seventh brew, plus Guinness and Harp draught. The service was phenominal from the waitress being attentive to the manager bringing over a free desert to the owner explaining how he cannot seem to convince the brewer to keep the Grand Cru year round. The food is traditional Irish Pub fare and great. This is a must stop along I-25. | | Aubrey (65), Denver, Colorado | | September 19, 2005 Happened to hit this place just a few weeks after it opened. It was clean and "open" inside, with nice decor ... exposed brick, tin ceilings, hardwood floors, and dark wood everywhere (yet it still seemed light inside). Nice and open bar with plenty of seating. I couldn’t believe how many flat screens they had! (at least 10 in the dining area alone). While we were there we had great service, and the appetizers we had were awesome. Even the honey-mustard sauce was made from scratch on-site and incredibly tasty. Pretty good beer to boot. Wish I could’ve sampled the double pale / imperial/double IPA. |
