Been by the pub once, and met up with them at several festivals. They always have great beer, and the food and such is awesome too. My fav is the wee heavy! | 100 AMBIANCE 5/5 SERVICE 10/10 SELECTION 15/15 FOOD 10/10 VALUE N/A OVERALL 20/20 DeLiverer (1) Trinidad, Colorado | March 4, 2008 Can’t get enough of the place! From live music on the patio to the difficulty of picking which brew to imbibe to the excellent pizzas. Nothing like it for hundreds of miles. | 58 AMBIANCE 3/5 SERVICE 7/10 SELECTION 7/15 FOOD N/A VALUE N/A OVERALL 12/20 MrRomero (110) Nolanville, Texas | April 28, 2005 My old hometown and place where I graduated from high school. Along Commercial Avenue, across the Purgatory River from I-25. I stopped here on a Sunday even though it was closed. The owner was in and let me sample a few beers. Small place. Hope they can succeed in a fickle Trinidad where everybody drinks BMC. | 60 AMBIANCE 3/5 SERVICE 6/10 SELECTION 8/15 FOOD 6/10 VALUE N/A OVERALL 13/20 Larbytown (9) Golden, Colorado | January 4, 2005 nice for a little town | 70 AMBIANCE 4/5 SERVICE 9/10 SELECTION 8/15 FOOD N/A VALUE N/A OVERALL 14/20 3fourths (1122) Boulder, Colorado | December 14, 2004| Updated July 27, 2012 This place rules. This place is why I stop at all sorts of small town, unkown breweries even though I dread another cookie-cutter beer menu and misinformed staf... this place is none of that. Trinidad B.C. is a small building on the outskirts of a small downtown Trinidad, they have the brewing equipment out in the open right next to where you sit, and a small bar up front. The server and the brewer were on hand and were very nice and knew what they were doing, and the beer was excellent, even though they only had two to offer at the time, and IPA and a robust porter, all 4+ from me. Hell, I would choose the OKC-Amarillo-Colorado Springs route to Denver for this place, over the OKC-Salina-Denver route... they rock. |
