I was impressed with the beer selection but there was little on the menu that made me go WOW. The crew seemed knowledgeable and they understood the proper glassware. Sometimes they seemed to not care to much. Funny while I was there I saw a number of Coors Light and Buds purchased. Not sure i get that. I give it a higher overall based on the competition lacks in comparison.

I really like this place, i have been here 3 times and every time i have been satisfied. Although the didn’t seem to knowledgeable about the beer selection, they were really helpful and quick. All though the menu was extremely limited, the quality of the ingredients were superb.

The 52 taps is impressive in Fairfield County CT. The diverse variety of beers was also impressive. However, the menu was very limited and somewhat disappointing. Considering this is a restaurant geared toward the beer connoisseur our waiter was not versed in the beer menu nor the food menu for that matter. This was gravely disappointing due to the Ginger Man name being so closely associated with beer. As of the date we went the restaurant has been open for 6 weeks and they have yet to show they are open for business on the web. I hope that this restaurant realizes their potential and corrects these issues.

Located where Amberjacks used to be. The Ginger Man located here offers much more on draught than the Greenwich, CT location and has a nice outdoor patio to boot. The place is typical large bar/restaurant (Sono locals will know what I’m talking about) and has some decent food and beers available on draught. The bartender looked at me like I was insane when I asked what was available on cask and didn’t even seem to know what I was talking about when I pointed to the beer engine, suggesting it is fake. Around the corner from the Brewhouse and featuring a more interesting draught selection but also a much more pretentious staff.
