Overall a nice place to visit, a bit touristy but the beer and food were good. Highly recommend the pulled pork sandwich with onions.
We went at a bit of an off time and it was still pretty busy, so it is likely hard to get a table at peak lunch/dinner hours.
Wait staff were fine but seemed a bit harried. They had 5 beers total (2 seasonal + 3 permanent offerings). Tried the amber lager, very good. Summer red ale, also good.
A tourist trap in Strahov, but if you sit inside you will probably be treated with more respect. In my case the service was nice and quick. The prices are very high , though. BUT - grab your IPA , even though it costs 75 KCS for 0.4 - it is your only chance in Prague on tap now/check at Chyse, too for 52/.
Obok głównych turystycznych szlaków, szczęśliwie udało się złapać szybko stolik. Miejsce utrzymane w klimacie typowym dla browarów restauracyjnych. Piwa dostepne w stałym repertuarze i okresowo. Piwa dostępne również w butelkach. Jedzenie przepyszne. Można brać mniej zakręconych beergeeków, którzy wybaczą nam dziekie niemu ciągnięcie akurat do tego miejsca ;-) Ceny ok.
Crowded place with lots of tourist ( like myself9 close to the castle. Nice beer and good that they have taps in the garden as all waiters are fully occupied by sitting guests. Food looked good but no chance of getting a table for 1-2 h.
Nice price of the beer and the brewery people friendly.
After a long walk , Nove Mesto - Staropramen - Bejzment - and climbing Petřinske Sady, (while others half the age as mine cheated with bigwheeled segways, that’s doping) luckily I managed to find the right spot west of two-three other restaurants. Tourist trap, so don’t be late. Six taps, Svaty Norbert, tasty stuff and good for any ratebeerian.
For a svetlepivchik, selection is tiny.

great localization, nice atmosphere and decor, nice service, small selection but beers are very good, good food for decent price, must see in prague
A top class brewpub, for certain. Efficient and friendly service with perfect English spoken. You’ll probably want to reserve seats. There is the brewery room with the big bar, and a few tables. The place to be in the winter, but very hot in the summer. The big cellar restaurant is nice and cool in the summer, and has a lot more space in the winter. Plenty of outdoor seating in the summer. I have eaten here several times and always had excellent food. The beers are out of this world. The three standard beers are all 4+ ratings if you can deal with beer that isn’t barrel aged 12% stouts. Same for the rotating seasonals.
I suppose it’s very tourist-minded and it’s expensive for Prague, but Strahov is the place I long for when planning my next trip to Prague.
