| HenrikSoegaard (45), Randers, Denmark | | July 7, 2009 NIce cafe like brewpub. Nice freindly service. Stop by for a rating but dont travel...... | | chriso (161), London, England | | February 2, 2009 Rather anonymous place on the main pedestrianised shopping street in Herning. Difficult to judge the ambience as we were the only people there on a quiet mid-week afternoon. Went there to specifically get their beers - only one available (don’t know whether that was normal), drunk it, left, job done. Although, as the beers are not available anywhere else as far as I know, I guess I’ll need to go back if I want to try any more of their beers. Average beer in average surroundings - by all means pop in if you are in the vicinity but hardly worth a special trip. | | yngwie (82), Kristiansand, Norway | | August 28, 2008 Not the coziest place on earth, but at least the service was friendly. Quite boring beers, both their own and the Danish lagers and international macros found everywhere. Not the cheapest beers I’ve had in Denmark either. A place to return to for a new beer if you’re already in town, but not a place to drive a long way for. | | Ungstrup (245), Frederiksberg, Denmark | | August 24, 2008 A very deep brewpub, with the bar in front, the brewery in the middle and the restaurant at the back, with a little outside serving area in the pedestrian street. The decoration is very new and modern among others with beutiful huge glass lamps. The service was somewhat slow, and not too knowledgable. 3 own beers on draft besides some macro and pale lagers from around the world in bottles. But this is the only place to drink their own beer. When I visited they were raw and seemingly unfinished, I hope they get better with more experience to the brewer. |
