Budweiser Original Czech Lager Now With Rice | 5% | 4/2/2024 |
64 Visited on 28th May 2016. Large pub on a riverside square. Plenty of rooms and seating off bar. Pub had reopened on day we arrived following extensive flood damage and a visit from the One Show. Beer range was solid local beers that did not set the world alight but were well kept and well priced. Really good decor and extra points for having Tom Hingley play at the opening. A decent pub but not one to dash to as a rater |
54 A centrally located pub with a prime location on the small main square. It was taken over by the same people that used to run the ’Crown’ pub in the town shortly before the Boxing Day floods of 2015 closed it for five months. The refit has produced a better, plusher interior than it used to have, and it’s an inviting traditional pub. There’s four ale pumps and all the beers rotate, although it’s often the same regular beers from about 10 local and regional microbreweries that occupy the pumps, which is fine for visitors in this tourist heavy pub who may not see these ales too often. |
50 Locals bar in the centre of Hebden Bridge, there is a large seating area outside the pub and 2 large rooms within. The beer is mostly from nationals and a little staid, but still quite a good place to hang out. |
