Nice atmosphere, but the waiter guy offered some really bad beers - like sweet chocolate beers, while of course there are some wonderful beers too. However there is nothing really that could not be bought elsewhere. Fortuna brews are on tap, but they tasted like hot shit - none of the taps had any cooling, but the guy just did not seem to notice, and gave tasters from all. We left wuickly.

Smaller, darker and popular with the college/art crowd. I think 2 beers on tap but a respectable bottle selection of maybe 60 or so choices. Probably 80% Polish beers. The bartender was super nice and helpful. Every bottle is on display making it easier to order when you don’t speak Polish!

Very good place to get a beer in Krakow - supremely helpful staff on my visit (a very nice young woman, who spoke perfect English, recommended "lighter and hoppier" lagers to me. Lots of good Polish beers, 2 beers on tap generally, lots of good German beers too.

Not crowded at all a late Tuesday evening. We were allowed a kind of self service from the beer fridge. Some interesting Polish beers. (Visited August 3rd 2010)

It’s not to difficult to find this pub after dark, if You manage to find Poleska street it seems like this is the only building with a sign in this street. This might not be completely true, but this felt like an extremely dark alley with only one open door. Anyway this pub is well worth a visit even if the two taps behind the small bar didn’t have any beer of interest. I think a read in a tourist folder that this place had 50 beers, but I never had the opportunity to count the exact number of beers because this place where pretty crowdie this Saturday evening. The beers is placed in three big refrigerators comfortable placed in front of the bar for self-service. I also had an impression of a lot of these beers where not to interesting lagers and pilsner, but there where some good stuff to find there as well from the smaller breweries. In addition to the Polish selection it was also a few international brands to find. The majority of customers where younger peoples and as already mentioned to crowdie and busy to chat with the staff. Pretty stylish decorated place, wish I had dropped in a bit earlier in the day.

Stumbled across this when walking past one of the Universities. Close to the main square just off Grodzka, it is a themed pub based on a famous Polish film, unusual in that it is at street level and claims to be the only non smoking pub in Krakow. There are just standard beers on tap but the beer fridge has an amazing range and is being added to, according to the owner. there are around 30 beers to choose from. I wish I could have spent longer in there, but only found it on the last day.
