Solid pricing at this establishment, but I would be worried about how long the kegs have been around since it seems like there aren’t ever very many people here. Staff are nice enough and the food is typical bar food.

Looks a bit like it was a Quincy’s or a Ryan’s in a past life. There’s a massive rectangular bar that dominates the interior. There’s a lot of tv’s in the bar area for the big game. They have 20+ taps prominently located with about 5 local, 5 bmc or their equivalent, and the rest national craft. They didn’t have anything too adventurous or unusual and they serve everything in a refrigerated pint glass. The most annoying part was our bartender who seemed to be pushing us to order food every 5 minutes but failed to notice when I was bereft of beer and insisted on giving us what sounded like a rehearsed speech on each on beer whether we wanted it or not. I didn’t have any of the food so I can’t comment on that. It’s nice that they have craft taps but this is not exactly a destination place.

Well it looks like an old steakhouse and is hidden from the road so it was a little hard to find, but once we got there we were a bit surprised. Granted it looks like a steakhouse on the inside as well, the prominent rectangular bar is an oasis from that. In the middle of the bar, the 24 taps take center stage. While there is some BMC, most of their taps are national craft beers. Wish they had more locals (only a couple). Since we had eaten, we just sat at the bar to get a pint and I think the server asked me about every 10 minutes if I wanted food. Annoying. I almost ordered desert out of self-defense, but that would have rewarded bad behavior. Plus I just wasn’t hungry. Anyway, the pints were 5.50 to 6.50 so prices are pretty good, though the food prices are higher. If you are looking for a no pressure pint, I’d rather go to tuskies, fireworks, doner, or macdowells which are helpfully all next to each other.
