This place rocked my world. I’d give it 11 out of 5 for ambiance. The beer selection is not enormous, but when you’ve had several thousands different beers and come across a beerlist where you don’t recognize a single beer that says something. It’s not exactly touristy, and even though service only is bilingual (Lithuanian and Russian) I felt more welcome here than in any other pub I’ve ever walked into.

Absolutely one of the finest beer bars on Earth. 11 taps of all traditional Lithuanian beers, dirt cheap prices. Friendly, curious crowd. Fresh peas from the vine for snacks. Authentic, amazingly good kvas (gira) available. Table-tennis is available as well. In the owner’s garage behind his house. Used to be a brewpub as well, and may again be one in the future.
