Nice little bar in the Susukino area of Sapporo. They have 7 taps (2 handpumps) and a small but mostly solid bottle collection. Prices were fair. They get pretty amazing beers for being up in Hokkaido. Really nice bar atmosphere and friendly, helpful staff. Unfortunately smoking is allowed. Still a great place to grab an interesting craft beer (domestic or import).

I gave this place a perfect score on service because they were not even open when we went, yet they totally took care of us with a private tour & tasting. It helped that TimE was with us to pull a few strings. Hard to say what it’s like if you don’t have connections, but the guy (owner/brewer) seemed very gracious. The beers were fairly varied in style, a nice surprise, though there were only a couple I would probably order again, notably the IPA. My guess is they are still finding there way as brewers, but the future looks promising.

Nice little place down in Susukino. Four rotating micros on tap, plus Suntory Premium Malts. Seaonals are brought in from across Japan. Probably the best place to try micros on tap at a beer bar in Sapporo. Since its in the neighborhood of Mugishutei and Susukino brewery, it is definetely worth stopping over. Two owners are very young and seem friendly.
