I wouldn’t miss a brewpub but some of the reviews here suggested it might not be worth the visit. Entrance is through the foyer and downstairs past the brewery equipment and it is a smart restaurant, but there were stools at the bar so we didn’t feel embarrassed at not eating. It wasn’t crowded but people’s food looked good. We tasted all their beers that were available and enjoyed them, but by now (3rd night) we were beginning to find all were on the sweet side and somewhat dense. Barman had good English and talked about the brewery and beers with us. We watched them making some amazing concoctions behind the bar!

Decent little brewpub/restaurant on Gediminas Avenue, not far from the tower. Three of their own ales on tap, decent but not earth-shattering. Bottles from such diverse breweries as Wychwood, Brakspear and Nøgne Ø are also available. Staff are friendly but man this place is dead on a Wednesday night. Still olde-worlde in a Baltic sort of way, and certainly well-placed.

It’s rather a restaurant than a pub. Beer choice is limited, but beers are good, especially paired with the food and have something original in them. Main meals are tasty and starters are simply fantastic. I took fat dishes and liked them very much, don’t know how the situation looks for vegetarians.

Central location in Vilnius and quite okay for some beers and a meal. Rather dull and quite basic interior, same goes for service. Certainly not the best, but fair enough. Food was also quit okay but again nothing special. Certainly a "been there, done that" place in my book and not a place I need to revisit. Not that there was anything particularly wrong with it, but it wasn’t the opposite either. Drop in if you’re in the neighbourhood.

Nice basement brewpub of medium size with a warm brick and wood interior. Clean place with a upper-class rustic vibe. Very nice setting despite being located in a basement. Only their own beers on tap which are bland but very drinkable except maybe their Gira which was supposedly terrible so I didn’t even take a sip. Food was pretty good and went beyond the typical Lithuanian pub fare. The pub has a nice location downtown so you will be walking nearby if you visit Vilnius. Basically I recommend this brewpub for a good meal and a few beers and then you go out drinking at all those cool Vilnius pubs (Šnekutis, Alaus Namai, Bambalyne) which offer a better beer selection, livelier atmosphere but not quite the meal you will get at Prie Katedros.

Restaurant/brewpub face. Patio tables with a basement-level interior. Three beers on tap, the Šviesusis, Tamsusis and Medaus. Already having the Medaus around the corner I went for the Šviesusis and found it ran, grainy, husky and sourish. I left half of a glass when I walked about and the bartender asked if I liked it. What would you say?

The interior is nice, the atmosphere was nice as well. The selection is limited to their own beers and some others. Service was terrible! Nonchalant, uninterested and not friendly. The food on the other hand was excellent. Some dishes that are very unusual for a Belgian guy. Prices are not the cheapest I saw in Vilnius, but still inexpensive for Western people.

Just another generic brewpub, but the food was excellent. Their beers are forgettable, their Gira terrible, but service and atmosphere were pleasant. If it weren’t for the food, I would not recommend this brewpub.
