A quiet and laid back classic English pub. Clean, moderately lit, and lots of dark wood. The best bar in Sanford to have a few pints with friends, and actually be able to carry on a conversation. Only place with food after 10:00, and it’s darn good. It’s pub fare, but made with care. Beer selection is pretty good too, with some regular British taps, and a bunch of rotating craft taps and bottles. Darts and board games. Tuesday is video game -frag the guy next to you at the bar- night. Wednesday night is trivia. Staff is great; Terry is sweet, Rob is a blast, and Matt knows beer.
