4 reviews for Hoppers Grill and Brewery (OUT OF BUSINESS)
| hopscotch (152), Vero Beach, Florida | | October 25, 2006 Had a nice visit on a day trip to Tampa. The wait staff was courteous and pretty knowledgeable. The food was good, not great. The selection of beers was great; very ecclectic. Franz was a very accomodating host. Sorry to see it is out of business. The outdoor seating and the warm, sunny day in the middle of January didn’t hurt. | | crizay (118), Brook Park (was Tampa,FL), Ohio | | August 9, 2005 This place is closed and for good at least at this location. Coming this fall "Franz", someone edit this place please and save people like me from driving an hour to it by myself and having it be closed. | | NYHarvey (124), New York, New York | | October 21, 2004 [ Updated November 1, 2004 ] The beer at this place is getting better better every time I go. I think the one on Linebaugh has had the most daring styles that I have seen, but then it was a year or two between visiting the Palm Harbor one.
Very enthusiastic staff. They really seemed to care if I liked the beer. I did. A lot. | | matta (91), Tampa, Florida | | May 20, 2004 Damn It!
I wish this place were not 30min from my house!
The atmosphere is nothing special, but the beer in the other hand, that’s the beauty of Hoppers! It is apparent that the brewer knows what he’s doing just by looking at the fresh glass of beer, whatever that may be. They will pour you half pints if you ask hem nicely; and the bartender, what was his name…….. , he’s pretty knowledgeable and friendly.
So YES, This place comes highly recommended! If you love craft beer, and you’re in the West Chase area, stop in and park your ass up at the bar for some award-winning brew! |
