4/16/2008 10:15:47 AM, wednesday, april 16, 2008 [ Updated sunday, april 27, 2008 ] Quirky little cafe in an artsy section of Vero. Expensive cheeses and other gourmet edibles for the rich. Tasty sandwiches. I had the Crab Creole pizza (really a flatbread) which was just okay. Draughts are $6/pint. Mix’n’match sixers are now $12.99. Probably half of the beers posted on their website were actually stocked, which is still a pretty good selection. Nice little place.
4/3/2007 9:26:44 PM, tuesday, april 03, 2007 Hole in the wall little bar/restaurant. Pretty good beer selection. Six great beers on tap, that they rotate out. Unique foods, seems pretty healthy. Has paintings for sale by local artists. You can mix and match six packs for 10.99. They offer free wine, cheese and mirco beer tasting through out the week. Also, have local bands that come in and play the blues on occasion. Thanks for your hospatality Lynne.
2/28/2007 10:51:31 PM, wednesday, february 28, 2007 [ Updated wednesday, february 28, 2007 ] Great little place; very quaint and well-put-together. Nice artwork! Excellent, older part of town. Great selection of craft beer; both on tap and in bottles... warm and cold. From Hitachino Nest Red Rice to all four St. Bernardus brews in bottles. From Old Rasputin to 60 Minute IPA on draft. Excellent selection of organic and artisinal cheeses, breads and fair trade coffee beans. Terrific sandwiches. A great place to stop by during an afternoon walk in downtown Vero Beach. If MicroMan carries it, Lynne Persinger (proprietor) will order it for you. Plus, she’s a fellow Mountaineer!
