Sizeable, pleasant place with big beer garden as well as an enclosed atrium area. Good service and a fun selection of brews that are solid even if a tad overcarbonated.

Typical Bavarian vibe to the place with friendly service. The house beers are among the best in Amberg, especially the kellerbier. Well worth a visit.

This looked like a nice place, with a lovely courtyard in the middle, but a bit difficult to judge from our experience. We arrived at about 10.15 on a Friday night to find precisely 2 other people (plus the waitress) in the place. They left (not the waitress fortunately) very shortly afterwards and nobody else showed up so we had the entire place to ourselves. We just had one beer each and moved on. I’d like to go back when the place is more lively but I don’t know when I’ll be in Amberg again.

This is one of my favorite breweries in Amberg out of 11. A great selection of beers. I like the Keller beer servered in gray stone mugs. The food is good local course with a nice beergarden. Often has live music in the garden.

Brewery and restaurant with large beergarden in the historic city centre of Amberg. Seating is pleasant inside and outside, the beergarden/Biergarten being shaded by ancient chestnut trees, very cosy. Friendly staff, wide selection of traditional local dihes, prepared and cooked with love. Next door is the brewery where you can by about 10 different beers, Bruckmüller and Falk, as well as souvenir glasses and coasters.
