June 5, 2008 Good location, friendly and inviting mixture of old and new in the interior. Good service and cheap food. The beer choice was limited b ut the ones I tried were excellent. |

March 30, 2008 Big and light location, with big windows to the canal. Lots of copper decoration of course. |

May 31, 2006 Nice location but I wasn’t able to fully enjoy the patio overlooking the water as it was cold and wet. Close to the S-Bahn (Jungfernstieg) too. Inside it was very busy and most people were just eating and maybe drinking something with the meal. The beers aren’t particularly good and I wouldn’t really go too far out of my way to visit this brewpub. |

May 30, 2006 Pretty nice place. The interior of the place is modern, yet with a old flair. Beer is good, but not outstanding. Service was very good and generally friendly. We were there in the middle of the afternoon, so they didn’t have much to do. I would go back. |

February 12, 2005 Right in the middle of the town by the town hall in Hamburg. Modern glass building with rustic wood interior located with view on a canal. Beer itself is average. Is sold in growlers. The service is terrible, it takes forever to order, to get the bill and the waiters don*t know anything about beer. Food is quite good. |
