While I have exactly one homebrew shop experience under my belt, I know good customer service when I find it. Mike is a great guy, will help you out any way he can and is extremely knowledgeable. His prices are more than fair and he is willing to work with you. Granted, most of you will not have an opportunity to come out to Hawaii to buy some homebrew supplies, for those of you who can, I higly recommend him. Not having what I felt was adequate experience to accurately rate anything, I gave extremely conservative ratings. Once I leave the islands I will likely continue to e-mail or call Mike for advice and homebrew tips. I will gauge all other homebrew stores from Homebrew in Paradise. |
