bradyc (8), Omaha, Nebraska does not count - explanation | | July 14, 2008 The beer is alright. One of the surprising things was that the Gabby Blonde wasn’t just a blatant copy of Miller/Bud/Coors/Busch Lite. It had actual flavor to it. We took home a sixer of that and a growler of something that escapes me at the moment... will update later. Was fairly easy to find and had a nice open feeling to it. Service was great and the food was excellent! It’s nice to be able to get fried cheese curds outside of Wisconsin. Yum!
I’d go again if I was ever in the area. | Dastrn (2), Warsaw, Indiana does not count - explanation | | August 5, 2007 [ Updated August 23, 2008 ] Great atmosphere. Layout is appealing. The service is quick and friendly, but not especially knowledgeable about beer.
The menu is very odd. Unusual combinations of ingredients does not always work as well as they think.
lots of good MA beers on tap though, which is always a good thing!
Make sure to stop in at this location if you are ever near the area. You will enjoy yourself. | | Tmoney99 (220), Cincinnati, Ohio | | July 22, 2007 Downtown Warsaw. Street parking in front and lot parking. Clean older building with bar on right with tables for food and beverages on the left. Standard and seasonals on tap. Freindly server with little knowledge of brews. Had Fish & Chips, and the menu had starters, salads, sandwiches. Nice location and I will stop again. | | shrubber85 (45), COB Speicher, Iraq | | September 5, 2006 New extension of Mad Anthony. Built in redesigned older building in the downtown area. Great interior - clean and comfortable surroundings. Excellent and fast service. All the food we tried was excellent - nice selection of sandwiches, appetizers and salads. The ONLY brewpub in the area but still excellent. |
