This pub is great, far better than any pub in Dublin. You really feel relaxe sitting in the long room. The walls are made up of stones and most of the wooden furniture is dark, and it is like time is not imprtant. No noise from tv or game mc...the enjoyment of beerk is central here. The selcetion is very good, and the owner Allison is concerned it is something else from the standard 10 draugts you find in all pubs. Their Guinness is supposed to be the best in Munster, though I can not confirm this as I preferede all the different speciallity beers, they even had cask ale.!!!... this place is defenetly worth a detour :-) |
