A great "Solid" pub, Stouts and Ales always served perfectly and they also serve the seasonal (6 monthly) Guinness Brew house series "North Star Brew" Currently available The Pound also won "Black and white best Newcomer"Award and is notable for the birthplace of "The Cheeky Lawless" a drink consisting of a Pint of Blue Wicked with a double measure of Port added, this was invented by local Mark Lawless and has spread like wildfire accross many Irish pubs Well worth a visit, 5 mins from Dublin Airport and there are plenty of hotels and B&Bs in the vicinity
