Went here for dinner the other night. It is a pretty cool building in a cool part of downtown louisville. I got a jamaican jerk chicken sandwich and a Dark Star Porter. We ate on their huge patio section, which is very nice. The sandwich was okay, but was one of those sandwiches where the filling only takes up 50 percept of the bread space, so you end up with a bunch of leftover bread. I was stunned at how they treated their beer. They filled my glass 80% full and without a head. It would have been perfect if it were 80% full with a nice fluffy head on top that went to the brim, but they seemed to have intentionally poured it without a head. Furthermore, my beer was served freezing cold. I got it before my meal and it was just getting a good temprature to drink as a finished my meal (and it was 95 degrees outside). They seemed to think of themselves more as a restaurant than a brewery. They dont even have that many of their beers on tap, probably about 6 or 7. This place is worth a stop if your are downtown, but not worth going out of your way for.

This location was pretty easy to find from the highway. I like the patio and the walk up / sit down bar on the outside was a cool touch. The inside though had a horrible shade of banana yellow paint that kind of put me off. Great beers all the way across the board. Bartender was cool as hell and kept bringing me samples, great food and reasonably priced.

Easy to find location 4th Street seating area in right front with a garage door that opened to serve walk-ups outdoors. Same standard beer list and food menu as the St. Mathews location with a lot less room and ambiance. Nice change of pace for the 4th Street Live look and food.

Convenient downtown location. Smaller than the St. Matthews location, but the beer is just as good. They had 7 or so on tap the night I visited. Nice outdoor seating. I picked up some 750 ml bottles of their double IPA and Barleywine. Food was decent.
